Shipping and payment

Delivery area

We deliver throughout Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. No deliveries are made abroad.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free for orders of CHF 100.– or more. For orders below CHF 100.–, shipping costs of CHF 9.– are charged, including shipping and packaging.

Prices in the shop are in Swiss francs, including VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and summarised before you confirm your order.

Delivery time

Orders are normally handed over to Swiss Post Ltd within one to two working days, as Priority mail with "pro clima" climate compensation paid by us. Delivery times are guidelines and not fixed dates.

Payment methods

In the online shop, payment is made by advance bank transfer: you receive the payment details with the order confirmation, and the goods are dispatched once the amount has been received. Additional payment methods are shown to you during checkout once they are activated.

For business customers and public institutions, payment on invoice within 30 days may be agreed.

Returns and defects

Please check the goods on receipt and report any defects to us without delay at info@coffee-service.ch or on +41 61 722 10 40. A 14-day right of return applies under the conditions of section 9 of the general terms and conditions of sale, which otherwise apply.
