How it works:
First place the plastic lid with its clip lever in the canister and press it down until it touches the coffee being stored – you will hear the air hiss out. Once it reaches the coffee, fold the lever over to seal the canister airtight. A second airtight lid goes on top: double protection. No wonder this storage system is so popular.
